Beginner's luck?

Went to play mahjong with friends today. Was like some noob still trying to figure out the do's and don'ts, the combinations of tiles in mahjong and apparently after a full round of north,south,east,west... it seems not only did i win money infact i won the most overall rofl...that was one hell of a beginner's luck i guess...
